Northern Management Group is hiring CLOSINGCREW MEMBERS (18+) for our Dunkin' locations. We operate 27 Dunkin' sites and are expanding; both PT and FT openings available. Ideal for those starting a career or seeking flexible hours, with paid training and benefits options.

Join a fast-paced, guest-focused team and help deliver great service while supporting a growing portfolio across New England. Immediate openings in Hopkinton, MA are expected.

Qualifications

• Adult — 18+ due to child labor laws.
• Friendly team player with guest service focus.
• Ability to work under pressure while staying professional.
• Willingness to follow company and Dunkin brands standards.
• Willingness to close shifts and complete cleaning/stocking.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly guest service at the Dunkin' counter.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and cash handling.
• Stock, clean, and maintain store during shifts.
• Follow brand standards and safety guidelines.
