Job summary

Northern Management Group, a Dunkin’ franchisee in Framingham, MA, is hiring closing crew members (18+) to join our fast-paced team. We offer starting pay up to $16.00 per hour plus tips, paid training, and benefits.

Flexible scheduling and opportunities to advance within the company are available as we grow our network of Dunkin locations. You’ll be part of a friendly team focused on guest service and quality food preparation.

Qualifications

• Money handling experience preferred.
• Fluent English required.
• Experience making sandwiches is a plus.
• Maintaining cleanliness and food prep standards is essential.
• Strong guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly guest service and assist customers.
• Prepare sandwiches and other menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock during shifts.
• Handle cash and payments accurately.
• Follow Dunkin Brands standards and closing procedures.
