Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts franchise is hiring Closing Crew Members (18+) to join our growing team in Cambridge, MA. We offer flexible PT or FT hours with a starting wage up to $16.00 per hour plus tips. Paid training, great benefits, and employee discounts are provided by the franchisee.

Join a friendly, fast-paced team focused on guest service and high standards. You will be responsible for food prep, order accuracy, and assisting customers in a supportive environment that values growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Money handling experience or cash register knowledge.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience making sandwiches and assembling orders.
• Maintaining cleanliness and food safety practices.
• Ability to prepare food items to Dunkin' standards.
• Strong guest service mindset and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Follow Dunkin' Brands standards and franchisee procedures.
• Work until closing and complete cleaning/stocking before leaving.
• Deliver friendly guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle transactions accurately and manage cash/tips.
• Support team with opening/closing duties and prep tasks.
