Northern Management Group, a Dunkin' franchise network, is hiring CLOSINGCREW MEMBERS (18+) to join our expanding team. We operate 27 locations and offer immediate openings. Join our friendly, fast-paced environment and help deliver great guest service.

We offer up to $16.00/hr plus tips, paid training, and benefits. Full-time associates receive vacation and sick time, plus sponsored medical/dental plans and opportunities to grow from within.

Qualifications

• Adult 18+ due to child labor laws.
• Friendly team player with strong guest service.
• Willingness to work until closing and finish cleaning/stocking.
• Able to follow Dunkin Brands standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest service in a fast-paced Dunkin' environment.
• Prepare sandwiches and food items and assist with stocking.
• Clean work areas and complete closing responsibilities.
