Job summary

Edina Realty Title in White Bear Lake, MN is seeking an experienced, self-motivated manager to oversee the White Bear Lake closing center. You will manage real estate closings, ensure documents are prepared and executed, and supervise closing staff to meet deadlines.

This in-person role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with duties including staff development, reporting, and coordinating with lenders. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience plus 1–3 years closing experience is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 1–3 years title closing experience in real estate or mortgage closing preferred.
• 1–2 years of management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process, review and organize the closing file; schedule and conduct closings.
• Oversee marketing and growth of the branch volume; attend meetings with real estate and lender partners.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints; resolve issues from closings or operations.
• Monitor staff productivity; conduct informational meetings and oversee training.
• Generate management reports and assist with annual budgets and financial targets.
• Recruit, train, and retain staff to meet department objectives.
