Job summary

Edina Realty Home Services seeks an experienced individual to manage the White Bear Lake closing center in MN. You will oversee real estate closings and ensure all documents are prepared and executed to complete sales and mortgage transactions.

The role is in-person, Monday to Friday, in White Bear Lake, with leadership responsibilities and a focus on staff development and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• One to three years title closing experience in real estate or mortgage closing area preferred.
• One to two years of management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and organize the closing file, schedule closings and explain closing costs.
• Oversee closing staff and ensure procedures and deadlines are met.
• Attend meetings and interact with lenders, banks and real estate partners.
• Generate reports and assist with budgets and financial targets.
• Recruit, train and retain staff to meet department objectives.
