Responsibilities

• Review closing documents for accuracy and legal sufficiency
• Review title abstracts, trusts, and probate documents
• Represent lenders, buyers, and sellers in residential real estate closings
• Prepare and review settlement statements
• Balance files in accordance with lender instructions and funding requirements
• Manage multiple files daily in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, lenders, and real estate professionals

Requirements

• Must be barred in Georgia or actively awaiting GA bar results
• General understanding of real estate closings and settlement statements
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Customer‑service focused with strong communication skills
