Job summary

Penmarc Inspired Spaces, LLC seeks a skilled Trim Carpenter to install millwork, closets, and cabinetry for residential and commercial projects. You will perform hands-on installations, coordinate with clients, and ensure finishes meet design specs.

The role requires 5+ years in carpentry, blueprint reading, tool proficiency, and a valid driver’s license. EPA RRP certification within 30 days is preferred; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Maintain all required business licenses and provide COI and workers’ compensation coverage.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• EPA RRP Lead Renovator Certification within 30 days of hire is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in construction, carpentry, cabinetry, remodeling and millwork.

Responsibilities

• Support customer experience in all tasks and interactions.
• Install custom closets, cabinetry, trim, millwork to project specs.
• Read blueprints and layouts accurately.
• Measure and cut materials safely with hand and power tools.
• Maintain clean, safe workspace and adhere to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with Market Managers, Scheduling Coordinators, and team members.
• Travel as required for project needs, including overnight stays.
