Up Closets is seeking an energetic Design Consultant to meet homeowners in their homes for scheduled design consultations, measure spaces, and create custom storage solutions using our design software.

This role includes extensive paid training, a flexible schedule, and unlimited income potential with commission-based earnings. Evening and weekend availability is required to meet homeowners.

No cold calling. We provide qualified appointments with homeowners who have requested a consultation.

Job Type: Full-Time | Commission-Based | Flexible Schedule

What You'll Do

As an Up Closets Design Consultant, you will:

• Meet with homeowners in their homes for scheduled design consultations.
• Listen carefully to understand each client's needs, lifestyle, and vision.
• Measure spaces and create custom closet, pantry, garage, home office, laundry, and storage solutions using our intuitive design software.
• Present beautiful designs and pricing during the appointment.
• Guide clients through the purchasing decision with confidence and professionalism.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through installation.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

• Passionate about design and helping people.

• Available to work evenings and weekends when homeowners are most available.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
