Job summary

Up Closets is seeking a client-facing design consultant to conduct in-home consultations, guiding homeowners through the design process and turning visions into custom closet solutions. This role is commission-based, with earnings tied to sales performance.

Responsibilities include meeting clients, designing spaces with our software, preparing proposals, and coordinating with installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

• Sales experience required; design experience is a plus.
• Comfort with technology and understanding of design software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation

$50,000.00 - $100,000 per year (commission-based)
