Closet Factory in the Greater Metro Detroit area is seeking a motivated Sales & Design Consultant to meet homeowners in their homes, assess spaces, and create customized closet solutions. No design background required; we provide training, design tools, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication and the ability to build relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset.
• Comfortable working in clients' homes and managing a sales process.

Responsibilities

• Meet with company-provided leads in clients’ homes.
• Meet with homeowners to understand needs, preferences, and goals.
• Assess the space and identify opportunities for an effective storage solution.
• Create customized closet and organization solutions that fit the client’s needs and budget.
• Present your design and guide the client through available options.
• Build trust and establish strong relationships with clients.
• Consult with clients throughout the process and work toward a successful sale.
• Manage your appointments, follow-ups, and sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation.
