The position offers a 12-week training period with weekly salary, followed by an uncapped earning structure with bonuses.

Qualifications

• Interior design education preferred or experience in-home sales
• CAD software proficiency required for designing storage solutions
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship shown in past projects
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/365 tools expected

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets by pursuing referrals
• Design custom storage solutions using our CAD software
• Coordinate with installation team to ensure on-time project completion
• Attend meetings and training sessions
• Manage a portfolio of varied projects and clients
