Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking a results-oriented designer to meet with customers, assess home organization needs, and present tailored closet solutions. Training is provided and appointments are pre-set, with travel to appointments near your home.

The role operates on a full commission/bonus structure, offering flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement. Prior design experience is not required, and support from managers is emphasized.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Detail-oriented with good time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills.
• Outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments; leads and marketing materials provided.
• Build rapport to understand organizational needs and opportunities.
• Walk through homes to assess opportunities and educate customers on products and services.
• Follow training and use communication skills to assist residential customers with home organization needs.
