The CLO team is looking for an experienced associate to assist with the origination, structuring, and execution of CLO warehouses and CLO transactions with Santander clients. The candidate will participate in the full lifecycle of deals, from origination and warehouses to structuring, syndication, and closing. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment that requires multi-tasking, high attention to detail, and close collaboration with internal teams, external constituents, and external clients. The CLO team is part of the Securitized Products Trading Desk, and the associate will have constant opportunities to interact and learn from senior team members in continuously changing and fast-paced setting.

Base Pay Range: Minimum: $175,000.00 USD Maximum: $225,000.00 USD
