The ideal candidate holds a JD from a top-tier law school, is admitted to the NY Bar, and has 3+ years of securitization and structured finance experience or a transactional background with CLO interests. Large law firm experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Bar Admission in New York is required.
• 3+ years of substantive securitization and structured finance experience, or transactional experience with interest in CLOs.
