AmLaw 50 international law firm is seeking a Structured Credit & Collateralized Loan Obligations Associate Attorney to join their Global Finance group. Locations include New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; Boston, MA; Washington, DC; and Charlotte, NC.

Ideal candidate has a NY bar admission, a JD from a top-tier school, at least three years of securitization and structured finance experience, and a strong interest in CLOs. Prior large-firm experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the State of New York.
• 3+ years of substantive securitization and structured finance experience, or transactional experience with a strong desire to transition into CLOs.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a wide range of structured finance and securitization matters, with a focus on CLOs.
• Represent asset managers, equity investors, and underwriters in structuring and executing complex financial transactions.
• Collaborate with a global team to provide cutting-edge legal services in structured finance and capital markets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while advising on innovative financing solutions.
