Qualifications

• Active New York Bar admission.
• 3+ years in securitization and structured finance, or transactional work seeking CLOs.
• Experience with private credit, CLOs, fund finance, NAV-based facilities or subscription lines is preferred.
• Large law firm experience strongly preferred.
