Job summary

Management Performance Associates is seeking a highly qualified Structured Credit & Collateralized Loan Obligations Associate Attorney for its Global Finance practice in multiple U.S. offices, including New York, Philadelphia, Boston, Washington, DC, and Charlotte.

The ideal candidate has a JD from a top-tier law school, NY bar admission, 3+ years in securitization and structured finance (or transactional experience aiming to CLOs), and prior large-firm exposure.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school.
• Active Bar Admission in the State of New York.
• 3+ years of substantive securitization and structured finance experience, or transactional experience with a strong desire to transition into CLOs.
• Prior experience with private credit, CLOs, fund finance, NAV-based facilities, or subscription line credit facilities is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a wide range of structured finance and securitization matters, with a focus on CLOs.
• Represent clients, including asset managers and underwriters, in structuring and executing complex transactions.
• Collaborate with a global team to provide cutting-edge services in structured finance and capital markets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while advising clients on innovative financing solutions.
