Job summary

Allvue Systems, LLC is seeking a driven Senior Product Manager to lead the CLO product team and drive agile execution. This role manages Product Manager squads, sets PI planning direction, and advances the CLO portfolio across the credit platform.

The ideal candidate has deep CLO expertise, experience building scalable software, and a track record of aligning clients, engineering, and operations to a clear product roadmap.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in product management or related field with CLOs or structured credit.
• Experience leading Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Product Manager teams across the CLO product portfolio.
• Own end-to-end backlog strategy, PI planning, and release sequencing.
• Translate client needs into scalable CLO software enhancements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Implementation teams.
