Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in operations or middle office within credit, leveraged loans, or structured products.
• Familiarity with CLO structures and bank loan products strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a central point of contact for trade lifecycle management.
• Reconcile daily positions and cash activity across systems.
• Review and analyze monthly trustee reporting packages.
• Partner with analysts and accounting teams on corporate actions.
• Maintain ratings databases and track changes from agencies.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
