Job summary

Landing Point is seeking a CLO Operations Associate in New York to support operations, accounting, trading and investment teams within the US Credit Platform.

The role involves reconciling trades, projecting CLO cash flows, coordinating with auditors and tax teams, and ensuring accurate reporting and compliance across CLO indentures. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of operations experience are required, with strong Excel and loan processing system skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of operations experience in banking, audit, or CLO/fixed income management.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with ClearPar and Loan Settlement Process.
• Experience with Sentry, Wall Street Office, or other loan processing systems.
• Familiarity with LevPro or similar portfolio management system.
• Comfortable with cash and position reconciliation.
• Knowledge of CLO indenture compliance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile open trades and monitor the trade settlement process for loans, bonds, and equity.
• Project CLO cash flows with analysts.
• Monitor deal and warehouse cash balances and perform calculations for warehouse fundings.
• Conduct daily portfolio reviews and reconciliations with trustees and administrators.
• Reconcile monthly CLO reporting and quarterly distributions.
• Monitor portfolio actions and updates with service providers.
• Support CLO warehouse management and coordinate with audit/tax teams.
• Assist with new issues, resets, and refinancings; run hypothetical trades for indenture compliance.
• Collaborate with fund accountants to resolve inquiries and support ad hoc projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Reconcile open trades and monitor the trade settlement process for loans, bonds, and equity
• Work with analysts to project CLO cash flows
• Monitor deal and warehouse cash balances and perform calculations for warehouse fundings
• Perform daily portfolio reviews and reconciliations with the trustee and administrative providers
• Reconcile monthly CLO reporting and quarterly distributions
• Monitor portfolio corporate actions and ensure proper updates internally and with service providers
• Involvement in new issue CLO warehouse management and coordination with audit and tax teams
• Support Capital Markets/Structuring team in CLO transactions, including new issues, resets, and refinancings
• Run hypothetical trades to ensure compliance with CLO indentures
• Work with fund accountants and administrators to resolve bank loan-related inquiries
• Assist with ad hoc projects, reporting, and analysis as assigned

Compensation

Salary: $130,000 – $150,000
