Marathon Asset Management seeks an Associate, CLO Operations to reinforce its growing performing credit platform. You will support daily trade execution, data quality, reporting, and documentation while collaborating with Legal, trustees, custodians, and managers.

The role emphasizes CLO indentures, waterfall mechanics, and lifecycle processes, with a focus on automation and cross-coverage across critical workflows.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of CLO or structured-credit operations or related fund administration.
• Experience with CLO indentures, waterfall mechanics, testing, and lifecycle processes.
• Exposure to trade settlements, reconciliations, and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support including monthly reporting and waterfall reviews.
• Execute and backup trade settlements; investigate position breaks and discrepancies.
• Support compliance reconciliation with collateral administrator and tests.
• Coordinate asset approvals, borrowings/paydowns, and documentation with teams.
• Run daily hypothetical trades and troubleshoot across systems.
• Assist CLO closings, resets, refinancings, and post-close cashflow setup.
