Job summary

JW Michaels & Co. in Dallas seeks a mid-senior professional to support the deal team with CLO transactional work across the U.S. and Ireland. You will become the main in-house point person for CLO formation and related credit exposure.

This role requires strong experience in alternative investments and CLOs, with the Dallas office acting as the CLO hub for the firm. You will collaborate with deal teams and regulatory/compliance professionals to execute transactions efficiently.

Qualifications

• Support the deal team from Dallas with CLO transactional work.
