Job summary

Coastal is seeking a Solution Architect to drive the design of contract lifecycle management and revenue technical solutions. The role requires extensive expertise in CLM platforms like Conga and DocuSign, as well as a collaborative approach to work with legal and sales teams.

Responsibilities include technical documentation, solution design, and providing pre-sales support. Ideal candidates will have strong Salesforce skills, legal acumen, and relevant certifications, alongside a commitment to teamwork and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Understanding of contract management from a legal perspective.
• 2+ years of hands-on architecture and implementation experience with CLM platforms.
• Active Salesforce Administrator certification required.
• Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions leveraging CLM platforms.
• Deliver technical and non-technical documentation.
• Ensure seamless integration between workflows and revenue processes.
• Act as a solution Subject Matter Expert (SME).
