Energy Transfer LP seeks a CLM Product Owner to own the business side of the Agiloft CLM platform, driving long‑term value realization and continuous improvement across legal, procurement, commercial, and operations.

The role partners with a Business Analyst, a third‑party architect, and senior stakeholders to ensure measurable outcomes, governance, and adoption. This is a business‑driven leadership position, not a project manager role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of experience in business process analysis, product ownership, platform management, or program management.
• Experience managing an enterprise platform from the business side (CLM, ERP, procurement, or equivalent).
• Strong documentation and workflow design skills.
• Working knowledge of Agile and product ownership principles.
• Ability to translate business needs into platform requirements.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the named business product owner for the CLM platform (Agiloft).
• Maintain and prioritize the CLM backlog including enhancements and integrations.
• Define and drive the post‑implementation product roadmap with stakeholders.
• Participate in sprint reviews, release planning, and vendor roadmap sessions.
• Establish governance standards, playbooks, and CLM documentation.
