Job summary

Energy Transfer in Dallas is seeking a CLM Business Analyst to support the Contract Lifecycle Management program. You will document current and future CLM processes, translate requirements into platform backlogs, and ensure the Agiloft system delivers business value.

You will work under the CLM Product Owner, assist in backlog grooming, user acceptance testing, and adoption of platform enhancements. Strong documentation and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of business analysis, process documentation, or enterprise platform support.
• Experience with enterprise software platforms from the business/analyst side.
• Strong business process documentation skills: maps, SOPs, diagrams.
• Proficiency with Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Clear written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Document current-state and future-state CLM processes using maps, swim lanes, and SOPs.
• Identify process gaps and opportunities across contract workflows.
• Maintain CLM process library, governance docs, and SOPs.
• Translate requirements into clear platform requirements and user stories.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT.
• Build and maintain CLM dashboards and reporting for leadership.
