Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) & Contract Administrator to serve as the primary owner of the CLM platform, overseeing daily administration, configuration, and continuous improvement.

You will ensure compliance with Contract Management processes and the Amcor Commercial Contract Guide, maintaining an auditable repository and developing AI-enabled playbooks with Legal and Commercial Operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in law, IT or relevant experience.
• Experience administering or working with CLM systems; hands-on experience.
• Configuring workflows, approvals, dashboards, or reports is strongly preferred.
• Comfort with structured processes, risk frameworks and technology-enabled solutions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook and CRM systems (SAP and/or Oracle).
• Experience with Ironclad and/or SFDC is highly valuable.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of the CLM platform.
• Design, build, and maintain CLM workflows, intake forms, approval flows, and escalation paths.
• Configure dashboards, reports, and KPIs for contract status, risk, cycle times, obligations.
• Coordinate user access, roles, permissions, and onboarding for CLM tools.
• Develop AI-enabled playbooks and clause guidance with Legal and Commercial Ops.
• Manage obligation tracking, alerts, and post-signature compliance in CLM.
