Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) & Contract Administrator to own day-to-day CLM administration, configure workflows, and ensure compliance with the Amcor Commercial Contract Guide. You will maintain an auditable contract repository, design workflows, and develop AI-enabled playbooks with Legal and Commercial Operations.

This role requires a degree in law or IT, hands-on CLM experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Qualifications

• Degree in law, IT or relevant experience.
• Experience administering or working with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems; hands-on experience.
• Comfort working with structured processes, risk frameworks, and technology-enabled business solutions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook and CRM systems (SAP and/or Oracle experience is preferred).
• Experience with Ironclad and/or SFDC highly valuable.

Responsibilities

• Own the day‑to‑day administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of the CLM platform, acting as the primary business owner.
• Design, build, and maintain CLM workflows, including intake forms, contract workflows, approval flows, and escalation paths.
• Configure and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to provide visibility into contract status, risk exposure, cycle times, and obligations.
• Coordinate user access, roles, permissions, and onboarding for the Contract Management tools.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance AI‑enabled playbooks, clause guidance, and fallback positions with Commercial Operations and Legal.
