Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) & Contract Administrator to own the CLM platform, ensuring compliance with processes and the Amcor Commercial Contract Guide. This role will maintain an auditable contract repository and design CLM workflows and dashboards in collaboration with Legal and Commercial Operations.

Responsibilities include managing obligation tracking, AI‑enabled playbooks, and post‑signature compliance, while acting as the primary point of contact for CLM issues

Qualifications

• Degree in law, IT or relevant experience.
• Hands‑on experience administering CLM systems.
• Experience configuring workflows, approvals, dashboards or reports.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook and CRM systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
• Experience with Ironclad and/or SFDC highly valuable.

Responsibilities

• Own the day‑to‑day administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of the CLM platform.
• Design, build, and maintain CLM workflows, intake forms, approvals, and escalation paths.
• Configure dashboards, reports, and KPIs to show contract status, risk, cycle times, and obligations.
• Coordinate user access, roles, permissions, and onboarding for CLM tools.
• Develop AI‑enabled playbooks and clause guidance with Legal and Commercial Operations.
• Implement obligation tracking, alerts, and post‑signature compliance monitoring.
• Maintain an accurate, auditable contract repository and database.
• Support compliance with Contract Management processes for GRPS contracts.
• Serve as first point of contact for CLM issues and change requests with IT/vendors.
• Support continuous improvement projects as needed.
