Job summary

Atkore International in Hebron, OH is hiring a Clipper Tie Operator for 2nd shift (Mon–Fri) to run a clip gun, load magazines and clip coil loops in a line, with wire tie operation and packaging responsibilities.

You will follow Atkore safety rules, demonstrate core values, and maintain regular attendance. The role requires lean problem-solving skills, a team mindset, and the ability to lift up to 15 pounds regularly and more with assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• Lean concept sustainment & problem-solving skills.
• Safety action oriented.
• Flexibility of shift schedule including overtime and weekends.
• Outgoing positive attitude, team player and strong work ethic.
• Capable of lifting 15 pounds regularly and more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and life saving rules.
• Clip coil loops using an air-operated clip gun.
• Load magazines and feed strips into clip guns.
• Move baskets or coils into position and assist with packaging.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
