Job summary

Atkore is seeking a Clipper Tie Operator based in Hebron, OH. You will run a clip gun, load magazines, clip coil loops, and participate in wire tie operations and packaging on a production line.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ years of related experience, with a safety-focused mindset and a flexible shift schedule including overtime and weekends. Strong teamwork and physical stamina are essential for daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• Safety-conscious and action-oriented.
• Flexibility of shift schedule, including overtime and weekends.
• Outgoing, positive attitude with strong work ethic and teamwork.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 50+ pounds occasionally, with lever/push-pull assistance.

Responsibilities

• Operate clip gun and load magazines.
• Clip coil loops in line and assist wire tie operation.
• Maintain clean work area and ensure safety compliance.
• Move baskets/coils and prepare materials for clipping.
• Set up work area and perform minor mechanical adjustments as needed.
• Assist roll formers with material changes.
