Atkore is hiring a Clipper Tie Operator for the Hebron, OH facility. The 3rd shift runs Sunday through Thursday, 7:30pm–5:30am, with a $20.81/hr base pay plus a $1.00/hr shift differential.

The role involves operating a clip gun, loading magazines, clipping coil loops, and packaging along the line. Responsibilities include maintaining safety standards, daily area cleaning, and supporting roll formers with minor adjustments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Lean concept sustainment and problem-solving skills required.
• Safety action oriented and adaptable to overtime and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clip coil loops with an air-operated clip gun.
• Load magazines and feed clip strips into clip guns.
• Move baskets or coils into position and align parts before clipping.
• Remove excess clips and perform daily workspace cleaning.
• Assist roll formers with minor adjustments and material changes.
• Adhere to safety rules and demonstrate core values.
