Looking for a compassionate Lead Licensed Practical Nurse with experience in care of patients with mental health and substance use disorders. Skilled in medication administration, documentation and substance use disorders. Committed to providing a therapeutic environment, meticulous documentation, and collaborative care in our Outpatient programs.
Develops and reviews operating procedures pertaining to nursing care, treatment, compliance, and flow of clinic in consultation with leadership.
Responsible for monthly data reports and ensuring corrective actions required in a timely and accurate manner.
Liaison between Pharmacy committee and Clinical Leadership committees
Train new LPN and Medical Assistant staff, monitor and arranges schedules for staff.
Assists with check-in of clients, completes vitals and monitors, updates and reviews information in EHR.
Requires an L.P.N. certificate in nursing and a clear/active Florida LPN license.
One year of experience in health, human services field is preferred.
Must be able to attain competency with company electronic health record and use it effectively within required timeframes.
Computer skills in Windows operating systems required.
Bilingual a plus. If applicable, must possess a valid Florida driver’s license, current auto insurance, a reliable vehicle and a good driving history.
