Location: Metro Treatment Unit (Adolescent detention center), Dorchester, MA
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Tuesday-Saturday
Pay rate: $66,500-$68,000 annually

The Clinician:
- Works as part of an interdisciplinary team; planning and providing tailored treatment for DYS committed male-identified youth
- Develops and implements treatment plans for youth within a secure residential setting. Facilitates groups such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Substance Use, and Violent Offender curriculum. Treatment includes individual and family sessions when applicable. A meaningful opportunity to make a difference in youth lives

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in a clinical discipline such as Social Work and/or Psychology; PhD in APA-approved psychology programs also meet qualifications; or Master's level candidates eligible for LMHC in Massachusetts. Licensed candidates preferred but not required
- Experience working with adolescents and their families, conducting suicide risk assessments, and providing crisis stabilization and management preferred
