The position emphasizes helping children and adults with complex needs to achieve independence and well-being. The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in social work or related field, MA license or licensure eligibility preferred, and a valid driver’s

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or related field required
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or related field preferred
• Massachusetts Social Work license or licensure eligible preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Experience supporting individuals with mental health and behavioral needs through individual and group therapy

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual therapy to students and adults as outlined in their IEP/ISP
• Conduct family therapy sessions and facilitate quarterly meetings with families and collaterals
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning
• Write semi-annual and annual narrative synopses and other required documentation
• Facilitate time-limited therapeutic groups
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• Assist with direct care when necessary
• Attend clinical supervision and ongoing professional development
