Job summary

The Key Program, Inc. seeks a full-time Master's Level or Independently Licensed Clinician to join our Clinical services across a residential program in Methuen, MA and community outreach in MA and southern NH.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or clinical psychology.
• One to three years of prior experience with adolescent, latency, or young adult populations in residential or community-based settings.
• Licensed in MA preferred, as an LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC.
• A driver’s license and insured vehicle for employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct mental health services to children, youth and families as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and use assessment tools to inform treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy using evidence-based practices and engage families in care.
• Document case notes in an electronic health record system and state platforms.
• Collaborate with external providers and state partners for integrated care.
• Provide clinical supervision to Masters-level clinicians and supervise internships.
• Work schedule includes one evening per week and paid on-call rotation.
