Latham Centers, Inc. in Brewster, MA seeks a full-time Clinician to provide individual and group therapy to children and adults with complex needs, participate in treatment planning, support families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote independence and well-being.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM with comprehensive training and growth opportunities. Requires a BA in a related field; a Master's degree and licensure eligibility in MA are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or related field required.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Massachusetts Social Work license or licensure eligible preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in individual and group therapy for mental health/behavioral needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to students and adults as outlined in IEP/ISP.
• Conduct family therapy sessions and quarterly meetings with families.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning.
• Write semi-annual and annual narrative synopses and other documentation.
• Facilitate time-limited therapeutic groups.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Assist with direct care when necessary.
• Attend clinical supervision and ongoing professional development.

Clinician Join Our Team as a Clinician – Full-Time! In this role, you’ll provide individual and group therapy, participate in treatment planning, support families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to help those we serve achieve independence, growth, and well-being. Location: Brewster, MA Compensation: $59,085 – $63,950 per year (based on experience and degree) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM No Experience? No Problem!
