Job description

Description

Soar Autism Center is building a network of interdisciplinary clinics where children with autism and their families receive life‑shaping services that support them to thrive. We prioritize early intervention, comprehensive supportive services, and positive, developmentally appropriate learning that meets the needs of each unique child and family. Our care model integrates multiple disciplines, including ABA, speech, occupational therapy, and mental health services, with a focus on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)—a play‑based form of ABA therapy.

Compensation and role design

Base pay: $114,500.00 – $119,500.00 per year. Annual performance bonus potential up to $5,000. Additional compensation beyond the range for achieving clinical certifications.

Bonus: Up to $10,000 sign‑on bonus, based on start date and location.

Support and training: Deep onboarding and ongoing training in our ESDM‑based care model, with close clinical leadership support.

Clinical growth: Multiple paths to grow as a clinician including center/regional leadership and specialized roles.

Culture that lives out our values: High expectations that raise the bar, collaboration that brings us together as one team, and fun you can feel the moment you walk into our centers.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead implementation of high‑quality clinical ESDM delivery at one (and eventually two) of Soar’s clinics (~80%)
  • Provide senior clinical oversight for BCBAs and clients across 2 centers
  • Complete normed checklists on a variety of clinical quality metrics on a weekly basis for BCBAs, timed with their review cycles in Soaring Clinicians

  • Participate in the training and onboarding of BCBAs and case supervisors assigned to your centers
  • Meet a billable requirement each week providing clinical support across your centers. A full‑time 100% PC split across two centers will have a total billable requirement of 10 hours per week
  • Meet with CP weekly to ensure continued growth and development in your role
  • Supervise the Clinical Trainers at each of your centers
  • Take ownership over clinical quality KPIs for your centers
  • Collaborate with local leadership to support center success (~20%)
  • Collaborate closely with the Center Operations Director (COD) to ensure strong clinic‑level communications and team culture
