Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a Clinician Support Specialist to back the clinical care team across facilities. You will coordinate workflows, assist with documentation, and support telehealth visits to ensure high‑quality patient care.

Travel to assigned facilities is required, with a focus on accurate data, communication, and seamless care coordination. Ideal candidates have at least a year of patient care experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and a willingness to

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of patient care experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification as Medical Assistant, CNA, or PCT is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for daily clinical rounds with complete patient information and schedules.
• Assist with encounter documentation, data entry, and chart preparation.
• Coordinate patient schedules, admissions, discharges, and changes.
• Serve as liaison between clinicians, facility staff, patients, and families.
• Support telehealth visits for routine and acute care needs.
• Organize clinical documentation including lab results and patient records.
• Assist with triage and documentation as directed by clinicians.
• Participate in facility meetings and relay updates to the care team.
• Support discharge planning and accurate census and records.
• Maintain professionalism within partner facilities.
