Job summary

Volunteers of America Northern Rockies is seeking a licensed clinician to provide clinical and education-based treatment in our residential and outpatient settings in Wyoming. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual counseling and group education.

This role emphasizes collaboration with staff and community resources, telehealth options, and adherence to our servant leadership values.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or related field from CACREP/CORE/CSWE accredited program.
• Fully or provisionally licensed as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LAT or eligible for licensure if out-of-state.

Responsibilities

• Complete social histories, assessments, treatment plans, admission and discharge summaries, and chart-related documents promptly.
• Provide individual counseling and facilitate educational and counseling groups; chart activities in patient records.
• Develop educational and therapeutic curriculum for group settings with patients and families; include prevention education.
• Assist patients in understanding and completing treatment plans.
• Coordinate services with staff and community resources to support patient care.
• Attend staff meetings, supervisory conferences, and clinical supervision; participate in both in-person and Telehealth sessions weekly.
• Other duties as assigned.
