Volunteers of America Northern Rockies is seeking a Clinician to provide and coordinate clinical and education-based treatment services within a residential or outpatient setting. This role ensures practices align with accreditation and person-centered care.
The clinician conducts comprehensive evaluations, develops treatment plans, maintains timely documentation, and collaborates with staff and community resources to support patients throughout their recovery journey.

The Clinician provides and coordinates clinical and education-based treatment services throughout an individual's treatment. Ensures treatment practices are in accordance with accreditation and organizational standards, and are aligned with person-centered care.
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but may serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the organization.
This job operates in a residential treatment facility or an outpatient clinic setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, photocopiers, and smartphones.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. This position would require lifting files, opening filing cabinets, bending or stooping as necessary, and performing work at a computer for extended periods.
This is a full-time position; the schedule includes evenings, weekends, and on-call rotational work.
Minimal travel is expected for this position.
