Job summary

Center for Human Development (CHD) seeks a Clinician for the CCN program in Chicopee, MA. The Clinician will work within the Intensive Treatment Residence (ITR) focused on latency age youth, delivering trauma-informed care and clinical services.

Qualifications

• Experience with at-risk adolescents.
• Familiarity with residential programs.
• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related clinical field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individual treatment plans/assessments.
• Provide individual and group counseling.
• Limited family counseling.
• Communicate client information to direct care and other staff.
• Liaise with outside agencies, case workers, therapists, etc.
• Manage client casework as needed.
• Develop and coordinate discharge plans, reviews, and reports.
• Be available for client crisis situations.
