Community Mental Health Affiliates, Inc. (CMHA) in New Britain, CT, seeks a full-time Clinician II for the Multidimensional Family Therapy Program. The role involves assessment, therapy, and coordination within a multidisciplinary team, with a Monday–Friday schedule at 233 Main St.

Salary starts at $68,500 with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Master's in behavioral health and CT licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LCPC/Ph.D./LADC) are required or applicable; bilingual preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health required.
• Connecticut license as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Ph.D., or LADC required as applicable.
• Bi-lingual preferred (Spanish/English).
• Experience in mental health, 1–3 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and develop diagnoses with treatment recommendations.
• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Develop and monitor measurable goals and treatment plans with clients.
• Collaborate with other providers and refer to community resources as needed.
• Respond to crises, document timely, and ensure reimbursement with proper records.
