Community Mental Health Affiliates, Inc. (CMHA) is seeking a Clinician I for the Multidimensional Family Therapy Team (MDFT) at our New Britain location. This full-time role supports the treatment of adults, children, and adolescents with behavioral health needs, working Monday through Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm, in a multidisciplinary team.

CMHA is looking to hire full-time, Clinician I for our Multidimensional Family Therapy Team (MDFT). This position will be located at 233 Main St. New Britain, CT 06051. Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm.
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position starts at $57,000.00
Clinician I are eligible for a $7,000k sign-on bonus ($3,500 at 6mths, and $3,500 at 12mths)
Compensation for each position is determined not only by years of relevant experience, education, and skills, but also by maintaining internal pay equity. Serves as an active part of a multidisciplinary team that provides assessment and therapeutic services to adults, children and/or adolescents who present with a wide range of significant behavioral health needs. Treatment is aimed at assisting individuals and/or families by helping them develop the skills necessary to improve their quality of life.
