Job summary

Bay State Community Services is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Clinician for the Intensive Children and Family Services program in Braintree, MA. This role delivers trauma-informed, family-focused mental health services to children with serious emotional disturbances within home and community settings.

You will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, provide individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Driving is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field required.
• Licensure preferred (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) or license-eligible with supervision toward licensure available.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families in home or community-based settings.
• Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
