Job summary

Bay State Community Services is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Clinician to join our Intensive Children and Family Services program in Braintree, MA. This role provides intensive, family-focused mental health services to children experiencing serious emotional disturbances within home and community settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field required.
• Licensure preferred (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) or license-eligible with supervision toward licensure available.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families in home or community-based settings.
• Strong communication, organizational, and engagement skills.
• Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
