Job summary

The role involves MDFT treatment for youth/young adults and parents with substance use and co-occurring disorders, in home or office settings, with documentation per program policies.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word and Outlook.
• EMR system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains recovery-oriented therapeutic relationships with individuals and families.
• Provides MDFT and related counseling in home or office settings.
• Collaborates with client, team, and supports to create client-centered treatment plans.
• Manages emergency and crisis situations on-site and in the community.
• Completes assessments, integrates information to form diagnoses and clinical formulations.
• Completes documentation within required timeframes and adheres to regulatory requirements.
