Job summary

CARIN Alliance seeks licensed clinicians pursuing Massachusetts LMHC licensure to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face mental health services. You will deliver evidence-based care, conduct intakes, and develop treatment plans under supervision.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program with graduate or post-graduate experience in counseling depression and anxiety.

• Strong commitment to client progress and confidence in clinical technology.

• Delivering evidence-based care to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and children.


• Conducting intakes, diagnosing (preferred), and developing treatment plans under supervision.


• Maintaining a minimum of 25 sessions weekly with at least 30 hours of availability.


• Utilizing modern clinical technology such as telehealth platforms and EHR tools.


• Building a full caseload, participating in clinical supervision, and contributing to a supportive community.

Compensation & Benefits

Up to $73,600 based on licensure and session volume, with benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, disability insurance, CEU reimbursement, and student loan assistance.
