Job summary

Plan A Health is seeking licensed clinicians in Alabama to provide evidence‑based mental health care via telehealth and in person sessions. You will support a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and children, with a focus on measurable progress.

The role requires independent Alabama licensure, a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours per week, and proficiency with telehealth and EHR tools. You will work within a collaborative clinical team and receive ongoing training and support.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Alabama (LPC/LMFT/LICSW/LP)
• Caseload of at least 25 sessions and 30 hours per week

• Strong commitment to client progress and positive contributions to the team
• Proficiency with telehealth and electronic health record tools
