Job summary

Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic seeks licensed clinicians pursuing Massachusetts LICSW licensure to deliver mental health services via telehealth and in-person care. The role involves intake, diagnosis (preferred), and treatment of depression and anxiety within a supportive clinical community.

Clinicians will maintain a full caseload (≥25 sessions weekly) with 30+ hours of availability, using EHR tools and telehealth platforms. Credentialing and scheduling support are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved 60-credit program, with graduate or post-graduate experience in counseling.
• Experience conducting intakes and diagnosing under supervision preferred.
• Must be open to treating various client populations, including couples and children.
• Confident in clinical technology and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based mental health services, build a full caseload within 90 days, and contribute to a supportive clinical community.
• Administrative support for credentialing, billing, and scheduling is provided.
